University admission service
We offer two packages which help students to successfully obtain admission from a German university. As the conditional university admission letter is required to successfully apply for German student visa, we also offer this support before you travel to Germany!
Step by step
With our service to a successful application and university admission

Please send a scanned copy of your latest educational certificate to our staff (info@schiller-language-school.com) for a pre check.
2. Assemble your documents
Once you have our positive feedback you need to assemble your application documents. Please refer to our list of required documents here (LINK). Be sure to attest your educational certificates! Also, do not send your originals, these should always stay with you.

To make good use of the waiting time we recommend to apply for an appointment at the German embassy or consulate in your home country or country of residence.
Once we receive an admission letter we will send to you the visa kit which contain all documents your need to receive your visa.
5. Prepare for your visa interview
Once you receive the visa kit please contact our visa department to arrange your Pre-Departure-Training (visa@schiller-language-school.com). Our team will guide you to update your CV and Letter of Motivation, assemble all required documents, as well as prepare you for your visa interview.
FAQ's
1. How long do I have to wait to receive my admission?
Bachelor applications usually take four to six weeks to complete, starting from the date of submission. Master applications take a little longer - usually between two to three months.
The duration of the application process is also dependent on each individual university and the respective deadlines. Delays beyond the durations mentioned above are possible. Please note that we can only start the application once we receive the complete application documents.
2. I want to be applied at a specific university. Can you apply me at my desired university?
We try our best to apply at universities that fit our students’ wishes. Please be aware that sometimes universities have specific language and formal requirements that do not allow you to apply previous to your language course and/or foundation year. We are happy to apply you after you have successfully completed your courses.
3. Which application documents do I have to submit?
Application documents vary depending on whether you are applying for a Bachelor’s degree/Studienkolleg or Master’s degree. Please find our overview of the application documents here (Application).
4. My certificates are not issued in either English or German, do I need to translate them?
Yes. If you need to translate your documents please send us both the embassy attested copies of the original certificates and attested copies of your translations (translations can be attested by the translator).
5. What is an attested/certified copy and how do I certify my documents?
Attested copies are certified true copies of an original. To apply you, we need attested copies of your school and (if applicable) university certificates and transcripts (see here (LINK)).
You can attest your documents at a notary authorized to certify documents or, preferably, at the German Embassy in your country. Please be aware that translators cannot issue attested copies.
